Inspections

Move-ins, routine, move-outs, Tenancy Tribunal

Take the guess work out of inspections and let us take care of the detail required to ensure your property is being taken care of, maintenance is identified and tenancy issues recorded. We prepare detailed reports including photography, maintenance lists and follow up with a debrief with you if required.

We can complete one-off inspections, right through to full regular/routine inspection services for owners short on time or wanting to outsource inspections, let us prepare the reports for you.

Rent Collection & Arrears Management

$7.50 per property per week
We offer daily payment monitoring, automated reminders, arrears management and reporting designed to make your rent collection smooth and stress free. Let us do the monitoring and tenant communication and handle those awkward conversations for you.

Market Rent Analysis Reports

$399*
A full market rent analysis of your property compared to the current market rents. Perfect to retain as evidence for market rent or rent increase notices.

We recommend assessing market rent annually to ensure your property is as profitable as possible. Legally you can only increase rents once every 12 months. Our appraisals are detailed, evidenced and robust.

Nicki has a comprehensive background in valuation assessments as part of her Massey University Bachelor of Business Property Degree.

Professional Memberships

At RPM we believe in committing to a professional standard and continual professional development to maintain our skills and knowledge in the ever changing industry of Property. We maintain memberships of the following institutions or organisations.

RPMA
We are a Qualified Residential Property Manager of RPMA®. This means we are individuals who have obtained a NZ Certificate of Residential Property Management (or equivalent) and completed the RPMA® Ethics module. We must complete a minimum of 10 CPD (continuous professional development) points within the last 12 months. Under this membership category, individuals are entitled to use the post-nominals QRPM.

Taranaki Property Investors Association
Maintaining a local connection to a national federation for property investors, Nicki has been a member of the TPIA since 2015 and served in various roles during a 7 year term on the executive committee including President. RPM have been a proud sponsor, and Nicki regularly assists self managing members with tenancy issues and tribunal cases.
